General Information

EveryWareUK operates as a marketplace under Hike Ware Ltd, supplying quality products from trusted UK-based partners through the Shopify Collective network.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our UK suppliers to ensure fast delivery and reliable service.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Because all items ship from within the UK, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on the supplier and your location. If this differs it will be noted at checkout.
We continually assess our partner stores to maintain fast, consistent delivery standards.

Shipping Fees

Any applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping rates may vary by supplier, weight, and delivery method.

Tracking & Notifications

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way. Some smaller items may ship untracked using Royal Mail or other standard UK couriers.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, they may arrive in separate parcels. You’ll never pay extra for split deliveries.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@everywareuk.com with your order number.
We’ll investigate with the supplier and courier to resolve the issue quickly.

International Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only.
